A simple smoothie recipe that gives energy and contains so much goodness is the Avocado, Banana and Coconut Water smoothie.
The ratio depends on how thick you would like it to be.
Normally we use one Avocado and one Banana and then just adding as much coconut water to what we feel like that day.
If you are more of a sweet tooth you definitely want to use a ripe Banana.
